As a lifelong Wilmington native, I have watched just how far this town has come.
I have a deep connection to and knowledge of this town's subcultures. If Wilmington or the surrounding areas are what you have in mind, I can help you bring your dream to life.
Growing up here means I did not learn this market off a map. I know the roads and where traffic backs up, which parts of town were built when, and what to expect when the next storm is headed our way. When you ask about an area, chances are I've driven through it a thousand times. I love this place and the people in it, and I know you'll love it too.
This is the biggest purchase most people ever make, and I do not treat it casually. You will get the real answer from me, the numbers underneath it, and a straight recommendation, including the one nobody wants to hear, which is that sometimes the right move is to wait six months.
You will also get me. Not a team, not an assistant, not whoever is free that afternoon. I answer the phone, I run the showings, I write the offers and I chase down the lender and the inspector when something stalls. Whether you want to talk business or simply receive friendly advice, feel free to call me anytime.
First house, next house, an investment, or a place you have finally decided to let go of. Tell me what you need, and I'll find a way to make it happen.
What working with me looks like
What you get
- My cell number, and me answering it
- A price backed by comparable sales you can see for yourself
- The problems with a house, before you fall for it
- A same-day reply, nearly always
- An introduction to a better-suited agent if you leave my area
What you won't
- A call center, an assistant, or a handoff halfway through
- Pressure to move on a timeline that is not yours
- Being told what you want to hear
- A number I cannot show you the math behind
- Follow-up you did not ask for after you say no
Ask me anything
You do not need a plan before you call. Most good moves start as a question somebody was not sure was worth asking.
